The Chapel
Ceremony Only (2 to 3 hours): $850, includes space and chairs
Ceremony plus Grounds and Photo Access (3 to 4 hours): $1,250
Celebration of Life (2 to 3 hours): $600

Friday night setup: $100

Mini-Horse Attendants
One mini horse attendant (up to 1.5 hours): $350, includes handler and basket setup
Two mini horse attendants (up to 1.5 hours): $550, two baskets, greater capacity for gifts and bubbles
Flower braiding upgrade for manes and tails: add $50
Our minis arrive with braided manes woven with flowers, carrying baskets of guest gifts, treats, or bubbles. Available nowhere else in Ontario.
Stable Loft Dining Experience
Loft rental (3 to 4 hours, seats up to 25 guests): $500
Each additional hour: $100
Venue only rental. You arrange your own licensed caterer. Perfect for intimate receptions, rehearsal dinners, and celebration meals.
Additional Add-Ons
Chapel plus Loft bundle with grounds access: $1,575
Wedding Party Ranch Guided Tour (45 minutes): $150
Engagement Photo Session, property access only: $200
Extended grounds access: $75 per hour
Chair rental: $5 per chair

HST is not included and will be added to the final invoice
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before your event

A signed rental agreement and event liability waiver are required for all bookings
